At JOSH TV, we believe that empowering women is essential to building a stronger, more inclusive Afghanistan. From our origins in Kabul to our current base in Virginia, United States, our commitment to uplifting Afghan women — both at home and in the diaspora — remains at the heart of our mission.
Under our Women Empowerment Initiative, we have proudly:
- Created media job opportunities for Afghan women journalists, producers, and editors
- Provided hands-on media training and mentorship programs to help women thrive in media and storytelling
- Produced dedicated talk shows and interviews spotlighting women's voices, leadership, and resilience
- Sponsored and promoted women's involvement in sports, arts, and advocacy
Today, as we expand globally, JOSH TV continues to provide a platform where Afghan women can share their stories, celebrate their achievements, and inspire future generations.
